  3. (probably)  any line printer. Odd, even,
  4. selected pages can  be  printed and user
  5. defined  headers/footers/titles  can  be
  6. used.   Line    breaking,    truncating,
  7. breaking with word wrap is possible. You
  8. can prepare printouts for a binder. Many
