  4. that some of your database records have been 
  5. entered in all caps when you didn't want them
  6. that way, or that some have not been entered
  7. in all caps when you DID want them that way!
  8. RECAP will go through any dBase III-
  9. compatible database file and make the desired
  10. adjustment.
