  14. ADDENDUM.140 - This file contains additions to the program manual, due to 
  15. the enhancements and upgrades offered by this new release. The information 
  16. contained in this file is new, and it not included in the on-disk program 
  17. manual (MANUAL.TXT).

  19. PROGRAM STARTUP:
  20. ----------------
  21. When the program is first executed, the user will be asked to select either 
  22. "Weekly" or "Monthly" for the basis of their collection schedules. This 
  23. option will only appear during the first execution of the new version. 
  24. However, the user can later modify this setting by pressing the [F5] 
  25. HotKey.

  27.      Select whether you will be collecting on a monthly or weekly basis.
  28.      If you collect each month, and the rates are the same every month,
  29.      select monthly.

  31.      If you collect once a month, but collect for four weeks in some
  32.      months, and collect for five weeks in other months, select weekly.

  35. MAKE NEW COLLECTION LIST:
  36. -------------------------
  37. When you select the "Make New Collection List" option, you will be asked to 
  38. type in the number of weeks (or months) for this collection list. Following 
  39. that, you should type in the date you will be collecting for, or 'Accept' 
  40. the date that is highlighted. Then, simply enter the date that the 
  41. customers will be paid up to.

  44. HOTKEYS:
  45. --------
  46. With the release of version 1.40, the program now includes a new HotKey of 
  47. [F5]. This new HotKey will allow the user to change the default "Weekly" or 
  48. "Monthly" setting for the collection operations.
