(i )star is the shining example of what an OBV/2 bbs can become with the right combination of ansi and modding. Gunthar, not only a superior sysop, but also an excellent artist, provides much, but not all of the artwork for (i)star. This makes for a very pleasing bbs to view. The modding on this BBS is second to none, save possibly alderAAn, and even then, it is a close call. The messages are very active with many frequent callers to the system and two active nets in Agonynet and ConfusionNet. The system is WHQ to iLLNESS, so the modding is no surprise, but is also affiliated with over ten other groups. The files are then, no surprise - very well organized and plentiful. But what else would you expect from such a board? (i)star proves that BBS' ing is nowhere near dead - call it up today and prepare to be *AMAZED *. Rusty - 25 -
