Whats in here? Well all digitised data, iff samples etc!
Look in the sonix directory for purely sonix based data.
Also included here is Deluxe Music data & Midi data.
Disc 25: Samples disc 1, 26 sampled sounds and effects
along with Perfect Sound so you can edit and
listen to them. Sounds:Alarm,boing,calliope,
Carhorn,Chime,Chyme,Do,Drip1,Harp Arappegio,
Heart,Kotobend,Marimba,Organ Minor Chord,Pi,
Rhodes,Sitar,Snare Roll,Steel Drum,Tellbell,
Wailguitar,Whinny,Whistler,Zither.
Disc 41: Samples disc 2, approx 100 samples of one octave
instruments along with perfect sound. Includes
most type of instruments ranging from drums,
percussions,synths,string sounds,pianos,lead,
backing,bass etc plus a few special effects.
Instruments can be changed to sonix or deluxe
music with programs such as Audiomaster/II etc.
Disc 130: Deluxe music data disc. Contains 25 instruments
and the following tunes:Hunt,Terp1-Terp9,Cactus,
Lestours,Dont Let It Show,For Kantate,Cruise,
Sudsinfonia. A lot of the tunes are Midi based.
Also included are List.instr which lists the
instruments used in a song. Smusplay which
plays .smus files.(Instructions included).
Disc 131: Midi Utilities and Data. Midi patch librarians,
and hundreds of patches. See general programs
listing for more details.
Disc 139: More IFF sounds and samples.Includes Aaaahhhh!
Alert,Bagpipes,Blubb,Boom,Bop,Bwang,Clang,
Coca_Cola_Wave,Coyote,Crunch,Duhdum,Evil Porky,
Maxx,MM!,MMBirds,Myshot,OOmph!,Panflute,Plane,

Disc 300: Superwriter data disc, contains 8 extra
soundtracker modules for you to load into
Spacewriter (Disc 184) and Ghostwriter (Disc 353)
Contains such goodies as Monty On The Run Hi-score
music by Allister Brimble, MetalSynth by Walkman,
Revolutions and Rendezvous by Allister.
Also works as a music disc via the function keys.
Disc 361: After many requests another Deluxe Music data
disc that has the following scores on it...

Disc 437: A disc compiled by Allister Brimble featuring
dozens of IFF samples for use in the music
program of your choice. Convert them to Sonix
with Audiomaster or Soundtracker using the
Preset Editor on Newsflash July Issue.

Disc 450: 4 Demos on this disc, including a great digibox
that allows you to save any of the strange
sounds as IFF or RAW data - strange sounds
including the Pope! You can also speed up and
slowdown the samples in real time for a good
laugh! Also included are 3 demos, one by Vortex
42 and is a very nice wave demo - one by Alive
which is a nice line demo. Also a very strange
and clever scroller by Defjam/Silents.
Disc 478: At last a good quality shareware music creator
system that is (unlike other programs supplied
by certain other libraries) PD. This disc
features Brian Postmas Soundmonitor version 1,
a demo of version 2 and a preset editor.
Full instructions and around 20 demo scores.
Superb for PD, note that you will need disc
479 (100+ instruments!) to hear the music!!
2 drives are definatly reccomended (but not
essential) as is extra ram. Also supplied is
a program to convert your existing soundtracker
scores. Works with soundtracker instrument discs
and preset editors. Totally written by Brian
Postma. - Thanks Brian!! Look out for a low
price commercial version featuring Internal
sounds and more features in the future..
17Bit discs 437 and 41 can also be directly
used by this program and more instrument discs
are planned in the future.
Disc 479: Instrument disc for above, named ST-01 so it can
also be used by Soundtracker users.. Contains
around a hundred instruments including sony drums
some great guitars, chords and many effects and
samples. All in raw data format (NOT iff!).
We highly reccomend you get this disc if getting
the above disc...
Disc 512: IFF Sample Disc. 70 Instruments (in IFF format)
for you to use in your own compositions courtesy
of our music maestro Allister Brimble. All the
samples are taken from Al`s Kawai K1 and Cheetah
MS6 Synths and are of a very high quality, as any
one who has heard Allisters music will agree.
