  1. This is relaynews, the heart of C News:  article filing.

  9. aux    auxiliary programs of various kinds
  10. ctl    control-message shell files
  11. regress    regression-test facilities for relaynews

  13. ihave.not.c is an alternate version of ihave.c for sites that specifically
  14. wish to disable ihave/sendme (typically because of foolishness like
  15. proprietary newsgroups).
