'Triumph of the NERDs' was the title of a recent Cringely show which
aired in the UK on Channel 4 last month.  There was an IRC followup
to the show on Undernet with Robert taking questions live.

I remember seeing the caption for Mat Hostetter during the show and
thinking: "Mat Hostetter. Now where do I know that name from?"
Then I remembered ARDI and it all fell into place... (It's only
recently I've come back to reading the emulator newsgroups, ironically
beause of the Amiga emulator interest - I remember your conversations
Cliff of around a year ago when the can it/can't it be done debate
was well underway). Sorry, I digress.

Considering the title of the show, it was a surprisingly interesting
and detailed account of pioneering hi-tech companies.  I think you
were favourably compared as the 'new Apple' company, sort of in the
image of a Wozniac garage startup company made good - at least that's
the impression I remember getting.
