  2. Has anybody else noticed this?  When I open E/L while   
  3. using fvwm, any subsequently opened windows are monochrome
  4. or strange colors.   Even xlock screen saver becomes monchrome.
  5. Any windows open before E/L are OK.

  7. What causes this?
