  7. who wrote the emulator for executor will tell you that there is
  8. no technical reason why his emulator cannot be used for the 
  9. PowerPC instruction set.  I think that he will show you that this
  10. is possible (when he finds time).

  16. hmm.  When the installed base of PowerMacs becomes 2-3 times the size of
  17. the installed base of 68k macs, then you will *start* to have difficulty.
  18. Does anyone know what this ratio is now?  My guess is that there are still
  19. more 68k macs in use than PowerMacs (although it is probably closing
  20. in)

  33. This is perhaps the worst of all of you statements, because many people 
  34. don't like or need the most current apps.  A perfect example is 
  35. Microsoft Word.  There are more people that I know using Word 5.1, then
  36. the slow memory hungry 6.0.
