  26. Executor should try to access Garamond as:
  27.  
  28.     Garamond-Light
  29.     Garamond-Bold
  30.     Garamond-LightItalic
  31. and    Garamond-BoldItalic
  32.  
  33. for regular, emboldened, italicized and both emboldened and italicized
  34. text.  If your printer doesn't use those names exactly then a mapping
  35. between those names and the names that your printer uses is necessary.

  37. Someone posted an article that described how to adjust font name
  38. mappings, but I believe the adjustment was for GhostScript.  I'm not
  39. sure how to make such adjustments directly with a PostScript printer.
