- Executor should try to access Garamond as:

- Garamond-Light
- Garamond-Bold
- Garamond-LightItalic
- and Garamond-BoldItalic

- for regular, emboldened, italicized and both emboldened and italicized
- text. If your printer doesn't use those names exactly then a mapping
- between those names and the names that your printer uses is necessary.

- Someone posted an article that described how to adjust font name
- mappings, but I believe the adjustment was for GhostScript. I'm not
- sure how to make such adjustments directly with a PostScript printer.
