- I have had good luck so far editing spreadsheets in Excel 3.0a on my
- P5-100 running Linux & XFree86 (Thanks, ardi). Everything seems to
- work pretty well.
-
- My problem is with printing. The "page setup" command only offers a
- bare-bones minimum of choices. Most glaringly it does not allow
- landscape printing, you can't change the scale and you can't select
- the page range -- all of these options are critical for many if not
- most spreadsheet applications.
-
- Unfortunately, I now have to shutdown & Linux and reboot under the
- Windoze version of Excel to print my spreadsheets. This is unfortunate
- since the major reason that I run & love Executor is that it allows me
- to use Micro$oft applications under Linux
-
- Is there a more feature-rich (PostScript) printer driver? Is this a
- problem just with Excel 3.0a or is it just that the general PostScript
- printer driver is not yet completed.
-
- Thanks,
- Jeff
