- It sounds like one of two things is happening:

- 1) Your video board doesn't support linear frame buffers.

- 2) Your card does support them but UniVBE doesn't know how to
- enable them on your video card.

- To be safe you can type "executor -info" and make sure it says it
- detects a VBE 2.0 compatible driver. If it doesn't, that suggests a
- UniVBE installation problem.

- Do you have a friend whose video card you could borrow for testing
- purposes?
