  13. It's a bug, I think.  Starting with 1.99p5 Executor has an
  14. "auto-refresh" feature, which means that whenever an application
  15. writes directly to the screen, refresh gets turned on with the value
  16. 10.  Either speedometer is writing directly to the screen somewhere or
  17. Executor is being over zealous and turning auto refresh on when it
  18. shouldn't.  I suspect the latter.
