  14. 1.99n has slightly nicer features.  The .ecf file is a little more
  15. legible because it includes the name of the application and the name
  16. of the .ecf file in a comment at the top.  In addition, each
  17. preference panel now allows you to write a quick note about the app
  18. and store that with the preferences so next time you bring up the
  19. preferences panel for that app, the note will appear.  We'll soon
  20. start supplying tons more configuration files and we'll supply notes
  21. that briefly state how well the app is expected to run.
