- Well, as you say below, just mail the file to those who are
- interested. Here's a better solution: get an account with a better
- Internet provider who gives you full TCP/IP access. There are plenty
- of them about. As far as ftp'ing files is concerned anyone with mail
- can get files from ftp sites with the FTPmail service (can't remember
- the details). I don't think there's a corresponding upload service,
- though there might be.
