  9. Well,  as  you  say  below,  just  mail  the  file to those  who  are
  10. interested.  Here's a  better solution:  get an account with a better
  11. Internet provider who gives you full TCP/IP access.  There are plenty
  12. of them about.  As far as ftp'ing files is concerned anyone with mail
  13. can get files from ftp sites with the FTPmail service (can't remember
  14. the details).   I don't think there's a corresponding upload service, 
  15. though there might be.
