- Let me add a few notes here.
-
- If you just send email to "query-pr@ardi.com" with no subject, you
- will get a 300K message listing all the bug reports we've ever
- received, even the ones that have been fixed. You probably don't want
- that (and our modem definitely doesn't :-). Here are some sample
- "Subject:" lines for your email to query-pr@ardi.com:
-
- --skip-closed --full --category=browser
-
- would give you the full text of all open problem reports for the
- browser (roughly 30K of text right now).
-
- --skip-closed --full --text=floppy
-
- would give you the full text of all open problem reports that have the
- text "floppy" (case insensitive) in the synopsis (roughly 2K of text
- right now).
-
- --full 905
-
- would give you the full text of PR number 905 (PR stands for "problem
- report"). If you report a bug and we tell you the problem report
- number, you can check on its status at any time by querying our
- database by email and providing the PR number in the subject line.
