  11. If you just send email to "query-pr@ardi.com" with no subject, you
  12. will get a 300K message listing all the bug reports we've ever
  13. received, even the ones that have been fixed.  You probably don't want
  14. that (and our modem definitely doesn't :-).  Here are some sample
  15. "Subject:" lines for your email to query-pr@ardi.com:

  17. --skip-closed --full --category=browser
  18.  
  19. would give you the full text of all open problem reports for the
  20. browser (roughly 30K of text right now).

  22. --skip-closed --full --text=floppy
  23.  
  24. would give you the full text of all open problem reports that have the
  25. text "floppy" (case insensitive) in the synopsis (roughly 2K of text
  26. right now).

  30. would give you the full text of PR number 905 (PR stands for "problem
  31. report").  If you report a bug and we tell you the problem report
  32. number, you can check on its status at any time by querying our
  33. database by email and providing the PR number in the subject line.
