  5.     use two lines
  6.         Executor OS:
  7.         Executor Version:
  8.  
  9.     for example:
  10.        Executor OS & Version: linux 1.0.8,exe1.99h
  11.      would become:
  12.        Executor OS: linux 1.0.8
  13.        Executor Version: exe1.99h
  14.
