  19.    Ok- thanks for all the advice so far- I did get the new version 1.9h
  20. but I still am having problems with getting anything else at all to work.

  22. the things I have tried are..

  24. stuffit-lite
  25. wheel-of-fortune
  26. ultra-yahtzee
  27. and glypha

  29. all which did not work-

  31. here is what I did- see if you can help me out..

  33. I download the hqx files -specifying binary when I got them from ftp site..
  34.  
  35. I made a 4 meg mac volume called my mac like this..

  37. mkvol mymac.hfv mymac 8192

  39. I used HFS_XFS to transfer the files to a new folder I made on my mac volume..
  40.  
  41. I tried to used BINHEX 5.0 to undo them- they have the extension .hqx only
  42.  
  43. it grinded away for a while and came up with Checksum error both times..
  44.  
  45. stuffit will not even show up on the binhex glypha will not show up on the
  46. binhex download->app window..
  47.  
  48. can someone tell me where I can get anything that will work on executor..

  50. have I just chosen bad choices - ????

  52. I never have any errors at all downloading- I use zmodem and have done hundreds
  53. of megs in file transfers..

  56. I think the idea of executor is cool- I may move to the linux version..
  57. although its probably not as good..

  59. if anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it- I read all the documentation I could find- the readme and the text file on the site..

  63. the problem- if so where can I get unstuff.zip that supports the -mb switch
