  3.   compliant.  If you can't find such a TSR for your card, check on
  4.   CompuServe for a Universal VESA BIOS Extension, a program which recognizes
  5.   many SVGA cards and provides the VESA extensions for them.  The author
  6.   of this program boasts that his program is often faster on a given card
  7.   than native mode.
