- Most software costs a lot more than 99$. MacDisk runs about 70$ and that just
- reads mac disks, it won't even try to run the software. System 7.5 will
- cost me 99$, if I choose to buy it. Softpc (without windows) runs about 150$+
- When I look at ARDI, it looks like they are giving everyone the student rate.
- Their upgrade cost is more than reasonable. Their demo's are incredibly
- friendly (work 95%, but with a time limit). 99 bucks for the right to run
- a whole lot more software is pretty cool, and with the demo you know if it
- will run the particular software that you want to run.
- I am surprised that Intel hasn't given ARDI a nice chunk of money to release
- executor/dos freely though.
