- The shareware DOS program CopyQM (available everywhere) can both read
- and write raw diskette images, all in DOS.
-
- The same can be done also by the popular commercial DOS progrem diskedit,
- one of the Norton Utilities.
-
- The format of the images created by the latter is perfectly compatible
- with RAWRITE. I don't remember about the former.
-
- Of course, the best thing to do is to install Linux first, then use
- dd both for writing and for reading Mac diskette images. With linux,
- I use also hfs (available at the best linux sites) to list the contents
- and get files from the Mac diskette. The present alpha version of that
- program cannot write files to a Mac diskette, but the next will.
