  3. I know most of you are NEXTSTEP oriented, so I apologize for this bit  
  4. of junk mail, but I need your help in getting the word out.   
  5. Executor/DOS is now similar to Executor/NEXTSTEP in that there's a  
  6. publically redistributable demo version available via anonymos ftp.   
  7. Right now it's on ftp.cs.unm.edu in  
  8. pub/ardi/Executor_DOS/executor.zip, I will try to get it to spread  
  9. from there.  E/D 1.1 is able to run under Windows and has a few more  
  10. bug fixes in it over E/D 1.0.  I'll be cooking up E/NS 1.3c soon and  
  11. they'll be level again.

  13. If you know anyone with an account on CompuServe, America On-Line,  
  14. BIX, Prodigy or any Bulletin board, please find out for me the best  
  15. way for us to get Executor/DOS/DEMO-1.1 out there.

  17. I haven't yet posted to the PC and Mac announce newsgroups because as  
  18. always, the build and release that should have been done on Saturday  
  19. wasn't done until just now (Monday morning), so my loquaciousness  
  20. level is low.

  22. In NEXTSTEP news, we're keeping the $99/machine sale through at least  
  23. the second week in March.  I still hope to make our gnats database  
  24. more accessible.  If there are no E/D 1.1 surprises I should be able  
  25. to work on that and the latest MacInTax starting Wednesday.

  27. We've just upgraded our phone system.  It may take us a week to get  
  28. used to the new way of doing things, but there should be fewer lost  
  29. messages now that we're using voice mail instead of "While you were  
  30. out" notes.
