Subject: [Bleeding Edge] E/D 1.99p2 is out
Sender: owner-paper@nacm.com
Precedence: bulk
ftp://vorlon.mit.edu/pub/ardi/BleedingEdge/DOS/exec19p2.zip contains a
replacement executor.exe which patches a 1.99p release to a 1.99p2
release. You *must* have 1.99p before you can install this new .exe.
This new version may solve the instability problem that some people
have with E/D under Windows 3.x.
We've fixed many bugs in our color quickdraw implementation. Some
programs that run better under 1.99p2 include:
Dr. Razz
BodyWorks
Claris Organizer Installer
Photoshop 3.0 (still has many problems)
Rescue
Spaceward Ho 3.0
Realmz (not yet playable)
Ultima III
I will try to get a copy of 1.99p2 built for Linux and NEXTSTEP within
