  19. has anyone ever tried out the demo version of Peg Leg ? I did so last night
  20. and found
  21. that *basically*, the game runs. It's only incredibly slow... So I don't
  22. know if this is a
  23. problem of my machine (486) or if I  get the settings completely wrong. I
  24. tried to look
  25. this up in the executor faq but (shame !!) I simply don't understand the
  26. difference between
  27. the various options for graphics (animation and such, especially: what  is
  28. a normal refresh
  29. setting?). Could anyone give me a little hint?

  31. Also, the game can't exit - if you choose the exit command in the file
  32. menu, the bye button
  33. appears (as with a real mac) but you can't press it and therefore, the only
  34. way to exit is by
  35. pressing a certain button on the front panel of your computer...

  48. if you really do care so much about your wallet, you should buy executor
  49. NOW !! You said yourself that 50 $ would be an acceptable price, as for the
  50. quality of the product - paying now
  51. instead of later can only improve it... After all there has to be at least
  52. a little bit of philantropy
  53. around, otherwise everything's going to go down the black hole (I can
  54. afford a clear consience,
  55. I already paid!).
