This is *much* faster, too. Note: you can also use UniVBE, an excellent shareware video driver, to get a VBE 2.0 compatible video driver. As Cliff says, this will give you a huge speed win. You can ftp it either from ftp.scitechsoft.com (SciTech makes UniVBE) or from ftp.ardi.com. The latest version is called `uvbe51a.zip'. If you find UniVBE useful, we recommend that you pay the shareware fee to the folks who make it. -Mat
