Well, as you say below, just mail the file to those who are interested. Here's a better solution: get an account with a better Internet provider who gives you full TCP/IP access. There are plenty of them about. As far as ftp'ing files is concerned anyone with mail can get files from ftp sites with the FTPmail service (can't remember the details).
