  5. There has been much interest recently
  6. in fractals. I translated 12 fractal
  7. designs from Logo into COMAL. I hope
  8. that some of my fellow COMALites will
  9. produce more fractal patterns.
  10.  
  11. Although I have not tried my hand at
  12. authoring a fractal design yet, the
  13. concept is not difficult; use
  14. recursion to repeat a basic pattern
  15. at various sizes, spacings, and
  16. rotations. I feel that there is a
  17. vast field of computer art awaiting
  18. our efforts!
