BMeter is freeware you are free to distribute it to anyone you wish,

***WARNING***
This version of BMeter includes a feature that allows you to change your
Pilot's battery warning and shutdown voltage threshold. This feature was
added so that those who use Renewals or have other special power needs
can predetermine when they will be warned about low battery conditions
and at what voltage the Pilot should turn itself off to prevent data loss.
USRobotics does not support changing these values and data loss may
result if they are set too low.
I do not recommend, under any circumstances, that you set the Shutdown
Voltage below the default of 0.79 volts. Setting this or the Warning
voltage to higher values than the default should pose no risk.
Regardless, Dovcom assumes no responsibility for any loss of data or
other damages resulting from the use of BMeter. There is no warranty
expressed or implied. And obviously, Hotsync your data before changing
these values.
