  3. Softdisk Publishing disclaims all warranties relating to
  4. this software, whether express, implied, statutory or in any
  5. communication with you, and specifically disclaims any
  6. implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
  7. particular purpose. Softdisk Publishing does not warrant
  8. that the operation of this software will be uninterrupted or
  9. error free.

  12. so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty
  13. gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other
