  5. This section lets you tell us what you liked and disliked in this issue 
  6. of ON DISK MONTHLY.  It will tell us what direction to go in order to 
  7. please you better.  Please print it (by pressing F5), fill it out, and 
  8. return it to us at:

  14. For each feature of this issue, you are asked to give a grade in two 
  15. categories, "Subject Matter" and "Quality."  "Subject Matter" deals 
  16. with the subject of the program or article:  Give a high grade if you 
  17. find the subject of interest and would like more features of that kind 
  18. in the future and a low grade if you have no interest in it.
  19.  
  20. On the other hand, the "Quality" is where you rate our execution of the 
  21. particular feature.  Was it great or terrible?  Give grades of "A" 
  22. through "F" as a teacher would; "A" is outstanding while "F" means you 
  23. consider the program a complete waste of disk space.  Circle the letter 
  24. that best applies.  Finally, the "Will Use" column tell us if this is a 
  25. program you would come back to again and again.
