  5.    This section lets you tell us what you liked and disliked in this 
  6. issue of ON DISK MONTHLY.  It will tell us what direction to go in 
  7. order to please you better.  Please print it (by pressing F5), fill it

  14.    For each feature of this issue, you are asked to give a grade in
  15. two categories, Subject Matter and Quality.  Subject Matter deals with
  16. the subject of the program or article:  give a high grade if you find
  17. the subject of interest and wish more features of that kind in the
  18. future, and a low grade if you have no interest in that sort of thing.

  20.    On the other hand, the Quality grade is where you rate our
  21. execution of the particular feature.  Was it great or terrible?  Give
  22. grades from A through F as a teacher would; A means outstanding, while
  23. F means a complete waste of disk space.  Circle the letter that best
  24. applies.
