  5.         This section lets you tell us what you liked and disliked in this 
  6.      issue of BIG BLUE DISK.  It will tell us what direction to go in order 
  7.      to please you better.  Please print it (by pressing F5), fill it out, 
  8.      and return it to us at:

  13.         For each feature of this issue, you are asked to give a grade in 
  14.      two categories, Subject Matter and Quality.  Subject Matter deals with 
  15.      the subject of the program or article:  give a high grade if you find 
  16.      the subject of interest and wish more features of that kind in the 
  17.      future, and a low grade if you have no interest in that sort of thing. 
  18.  
  19.         On the other hand, the Quality grade is where you rate our 
  20.      execution of the particular feature.  Was it great or terrible?  Give 
  21.      grades from A through F as a teacher would; A means outstanding, while 
  22.      F means a complete waste of disk space.  Circle the letter that best 
  23.      applies.
