  7.     The Summer of 89 is coming to a close and hopefully all the hot weather   
  8.  will soon be behind us!  Big Blue Disk #35 is here to help you usher in the   
  9.  cooler months ahead.  I hope everybody has had a wonderful time this          
  10.  Summer, I know I have.

  12. ^C^1Big Blue Disk is Available in 3 1/2" Disk Format^0                         
  13.                                                                                
  14.     It has recently come to my attention that many of you are unaware of the 
  15.  availability of Big Blue Disk in a 3 1/2" disk format.  If you are currently 
  16.  receiving BBD on two 5 1/4" disks, you can call ^11-800-831-2694^0 to exchange 
  17.  those disks for the single disk format.  With Big Blue Disk on one 3 1/2" 
  18.  disk, you won't have to worry about switching floppies to load some of the 
  19.  programs.  There is also more room to work with on the disk.  For the added 
  20.  convenience and ease of use, I recommend you give us a call and make the 
  21.  change today!

  25.     We have recently changed our technical support number.  If you have   
  26.  any difficulty using Big Blue Disk, give us a call at ^11-318-221-5134^0 and we 
  27.  will be more than happy to help you in anyway we can.  However, I would ask  
  28.  before you call that you do a little investigation first.  It is extremely   
  29.  helpful to us to have certain information about your system when we try to   
  30.  diagnose a problem.  When you give us a call please have the following       
  31.  information available:                                                       
  32.                                                                               
  33.           1.) If you have a CONFIG.SYS file, a list of its contents           
  34.                                                                               
  35.           2.) A list of any memory-resident programs that have been
  36.               loaded into memory                                             
  37.                                                                               
  38.           3.) The type of computer you have (including the amount of 
  39.               memory and the type of video display adapter).
  40.                                                                               
  41.  With this information, we should be able to isolate the problem and provide 
  42.  you with a solution.  If you have any problem locating this information, give 
  43.  us a call and our technical support staff will be able to help.
