  7. Since this is your first time on this BBS System, please take carefull note 
  8. of the following.

  10. This board is limited to providing a means for file exchange and messaging 
  11. of either entertainment or computer related files only.
  12.  
  13. As a new user, you are limited to messages, and file downloads from the Main 
  14. Library (# 1) only. The sysop will validate your use of this system, and 
  15. modify your security level when you are validated. This change in your 
  16. security level will allow you to then upload files, and to download from all 
  17. File Libraries except the restricted ones. You will be informed, at log on, 
  18. of your current status on this system. Validation will normally take two 
  19. days. If you wish access faster than this, feel free to call me to arrange 
  20. validation by voice.

  22. Once you have been validated on this system, you will remain active on it. 
  23. However, if you do not log on at least once every ninety (90) days, your 
  24. name may be removed from the user list. If you log on, and find your name 
  25. removed from the user list for this reason, you may leave a comment to the 
  26. sysop to have your former account re-activated for you. However, to do so, 
  27. you will have to log on as a new user again, first.
