  3. To conform to ISO 9660 CD-ROM naming conventions, some UNIX filenames
  4. needed to be changed.  At most FTP sites, the xli_1_15.tar source file
  5. is called xli.1.15.tar.Z; note that the version available via FTP is
  6. typically stored in compressed format and that the name is subject to
  7. change as new versions become available.
