  1.                     NON DISCLOSUR AGREEMENT
  2.  
  3.     This agreement between Bob Montgomery and myself concerns the
  4. source code to Bob Montgomery's VPIC program. I would like to have
  5. a copy of the above source code for educational purposes, and agree
  6. that I (or my employer) will not use the information I receive to
  7. create a product which is in competition with Bob Montgomery's VPIC
  8. program. I further agree not to disclose any of the information so
  9. obtained to anyone else without first getting approval from Bob
  10. Montgomery. I realize that this information represent hundreds of
  11. man-hours of Bob Montgomery's time, and is very valuable for this
  12. reason.

  14. VPIC is used to view picture files in GIF, MAC, PCX, and ColoRIX file
  15. formats, and saves to GIF, PCX, PC PAint/Pictor PIC, ColoRIX, Targa,
  16. and Dr Halo CUT file formats. It also has a very fast and useful user
  17. interface containing menu, single file, and slide file modes. For
  18. purposes of this agreement, VPIC version 1.3 will be used as a
  19. standard against which to judge any violations of this agreement.
