  20. agreement regarding the distribution of the Shareware version
  21. of STRATEGY POKER v2.2:

  23.     STRATEGY POKER is the copyrighted property of Bob Stech. You are
  24.     granted a limited license to use STRATEGY POKER, to copy and
  25.     distribute it, provided the following conditions are met:

  29.             except for a nominal distribution fee.
