  5. Vendbbs.txt is being provided to Shareware Distributors, Vendors, User Groups
  6. and Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the Stikum-Up product (Stikum.zip).

  8. Program Description:

  10. Filename        - Stikum.zip
  11. Short Description    - A Windows 3.1 Micro Message Object compiler
  12. Long Description    - Stikum-Up 1.01 is a unique annotation/message
  13.               system which can be used with Word for Windows 2.0,
  14.               Excel 3.0, Write and Cardfile (examples included)
  15.               just to name a few. Stikum-Up is a "Micro object
  16.               compiler" which produces TRUE stand-alone 'NE'
  17.               binaries which will run from the command line as
  18.               any Windows 3.1 program would. NO PROGRAM OTHER
  19.               THAN WINDOWS 3.1 IS REQUIRED TO READ PRODUCED
  20.               ANNOTATIONS/MESSAGES.

  29. Software distributors wishing to add Stikum-Up product to their disk library 
  30. may do so only in accordance with the RESTRICTIONS listed below.

  32. Vendors acting in GOOD FAITH may distribute Stikum-Up product as described in 
  33. PACKING.TXT. If any files listed in PACKING.TXT are absent then this agreement
  34. becomes NULL and VOID.

  36. Stikum-Up product must not be included in any commercial product nor may any 
  37. price or compensation be charged for Stikum-Up product without written 
  38. authorization from Clear Pane Consulting.
  39.  
  40. A distribution fee of not more than $10.00(single unit) may be charged for the 
  41. diskette, shipping and handling.
  42.  
  43. The Stikum-Up product CANNOT be modified in anyway with the exception of 
  44. Software vendors acting in GOOD FAITH adding advertisement and distribution 
  45. support files.
  46.  
  47. Agree to all previsions in agree.txt included with Stikum-Up product.
