New Features, Corrections, and Enhancements
-------------------------------------------
**** Version 1.04
**** 25 January, 1993
* Added a third file viewing mode: "Text+Line #'s". Identical to
Text mode but prepends line numbers to each line. Because of a
new numbering system for storing file mode in the Pick List, files
retained in the Pick List (from LstPM 1.03 or 1.02) with Hex views
will show up in this mode instead of Hex until you change their
view.
* Pick List can now be invoked via pressing both mouse buttons
over the client window (file viewing area) simultaneously.
* Minor change to LstPM's behavior after having a file object dropped
onto its client window. Previous versions of LstPM would not move
to the desktop "surface" after loading the new file. If you prefer
the original behavior, you can defeat this new feature by setting
the environment variable LSTPM2TOP to NO (i.e., place the line
"SET LSTPM2TOP=NO" in Config.Sys).
* Corrected problem which appeared on some machines where the first
file viewed during a LstPM session would not be displayed.
* Corrected problem which resulted in the first line of a file being
displayed twice under certain circumstances.
**** Version 1.03
**** 4 January, 1993
* Corrected problem which would occur under the OS/2 2.0 Service Pack
update and the OS/2 2.1 beta where LstPM would hang the message
queue if started in "no file" mode.
**** Version 1.02
**** 22 December, 1992
* First 32-bit version.
* Replace "home grown" file open and font dialogs with system provided
dialog controls.
* Drag and drop interface upgraded to OS/2 2.0 compatibility.
* "Pick List" dialog now accepts dropped files. Dropped files are
added to the top of the list.
* Popup "context" menu added. Invoke by clicking the right mouse button.
* LstPM now remembers its last screen position and size, the contents
of its "Pick List", and the last viewed file.
* File position and viewing mode (Hex or ASCII) saved in Pick List.
