The Commander- In-Chief was at the head of the row, the Chief Staff Officer, Colonel Tamura, Mr. Hosoda, the Chief of the Enterprise Department of the Syonan Tokubetu-si, the Chief of Military Administration Department, and several hundreds of officers and men, also being -present. The Shrine stands in grand state on the north side of the hill facing the south.
