OCR: x MUTILATING CLAWS Although dinosaurs were reptiles, much of their behavior, such as agile running, has more in common with mammals. Dromacosaurus is one of the best arguments for dinosaurs being warm-blooded animals. Fast-moving and agile, with sharp teeth and claws, Dromacosaurus had a lifestyle like that of warm-blooded killers, such as wolves, rather than cold-blooded reptiles, such as lizards. It probably hunted in packs, chasing and bringing down much larger animals. It could mutilate its prey by cutting gashes with each swipe of its claws.
