  1. Several new ICOM hand help equipment have the capability of wide freq coverage
  2. by executing only simple keypad commans.

  4. IC-2SA With the power off,hold the following keys down and turn it on.
  5. CALL,FUNC,LIGHT then release the keys.

  7. IC-2SAT  With the power off hold the following keys down and turn it on:
  8. LIGHT,B.# and then release the keys.
  9.  
  10. IC-24(New version only,old version need diodes cut) With the power off
  11. hold the following keys down,then turn it on:
  12. LIGTH,B,# then release the keys after the display comes on.
  13.  
  14. With the power off hold the following keys down ,then turn it on: LIGHT,3.
  15. This enables the 100 Mhz digit in the IC-24.
  16.  
  17. With the power off hold the following keys down,then turn it on: LIGTH,2.
  18. This enables the 10 Mhz digit.
  19.  
  20. ICOM handies have a incredible wide frequency coverage and...with only a 
  21. few keystrokes......you already modified the handies.
