  55.            An  operator  will  answer  and  ask  you for an ID.  If you dial a
  56.            number  before  the operator comes in, you'll get the message 'Your
  57.            call cannot be completed as dialed.  Please check the number before
  58.            re-dialing' and then you'll hear the error tone.  Maybe it needs  a
  59.            Code-Line.

  181.            international  calls  for  us  (Phreakers).   They've changed their
  182.            number but still have an 800-service in the States.

  185.            line)  but  some  stupid asshole abused the number, so the Co.  got
  186.            suspicious and provided the system with a password.
