HELP SERVICE
Personal assistance may be obtained from KNOWLEDGE INDEX staff by
calling the following telephone numbers. Assistance is available 24 hours
a day from 3:30 PM Sunday to 9 PM Friday (Pacific time). Saturday hours
are 7 AM to 3 PM (Pacific time).

HELP DIALOG CORPORATE CONNECTION
DIALOG CORPORATE CONNECTION is your on-line reference source to a wide
variety of information. This range includes chemistry, mathematics,
aerospace and defense, business, patents, current affairs, engineering,
research and development and much more. The following commands will help
you in searching DCC.
A typical search sequence is as follows:
BEGIN-with name of the database to be searched
FIND -with words or phrases describing your search request
DISPLAY-with appropriate set number/format to view records
-or-
TYPE-with appropriate set number/format to scroll records

The following HELP commands are available to assist you in using DCC:
HELP SECTION- for a list of sections and databases
HELP COMMANDS-for a description of all commands
HELP HELP- for a list of all HELP commands

RECAP- to display a list of sets thus far created and to identify
your current database
EXPAND-with a word or phrase to review the index
LOGOFF-to sign off
