This god went into battles with a chariot with its wheels armed with scythes, and accompanied by Discord, Terror and Fear, that is Eris, Demos and Fobos. While the Greeks, who were a peaceful people, did not dedicate him special gifts, on the other hand the Romans considered him the founder of their people: according to the legend, he was the father of Romulus and Remus.
