  7. 1. Place the "IA through DiD" CD_ROM in the CD-ROM drive, label side up.
  8. 2. Copy the files from the CD-ROM to the web server.
  9. 3. Remove CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive.

  14. 1. Place the "IA through DiD" CD_ROM in the CD-ROM drive, label side up.
  15. 2. Click "Start" in the lower left corner of the screen
  16. 3. Click "Run"
  17. 4. Click on "Browse" and select the CD-ROM drive
  18. 5. Double-click on the "Netscape 4.78" folder
  19. 6. Click "cc32d478.exe"
  20. 7. Click "Open" to return to the "Run" window
  21. 8. Click "OK" to launch the set-up program

  42. 2. Launch either "Netscape" or "Internet Explorer" web browser

  45. 1. Click "File"
  46. 2. Click "Open Page" 
  47. 3. Click on "Choose File" and select the CD-ROM drive
  48. 4. Select the "index.htm" file
  49. 5. Click on the "Open" button
  50. 6. Click on the "Open" button again to run the file
