In general MTS can be used to do one or a combination of two things:
- MTS can be used to <V>iew files inside any archive;
In this case, you <T>ag the desired file(s) with <T> or <ENTER> and then
press the <V>iew option to view the file(s) one after another. Viewing can
be terminated after each screen of data.
- MTS can be used to <C>ombine one or several files from one or several
archives together in one NEW archive.
In this case, you also <T>ag the desired file(s) with <T> or <ENTER> and
then <A>dd them to your private collection. Once inside this collection
the file(s) can NOT be removed again from this collection. You can select
several archives after another by using <N>ew after you have <A>dded the
desired files from the previous archive. When you are done, you press the
<C>ombine option, MTS will ask for the target archive-format and will then
create it for you. MTS will leave a file DOWNLOAx.fff (x is the BBS line
and fff is depending on the archive format, fi. ZIP) in a certain area so
you can download it;

The tag-screen (the list with the files inside the archive) is a full-screen
list. You can use the NORMAL movement keys (on the numeric path) for the mo-
vement inside this screen, but you MUST set NUM-LOCK to ON ! You can also use
the normal digits at the top of the keyboard:
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
<8> or <CRSR-UP> : Move the cursor one line up. This can cause the complete
window to scroll up one line. At the top of the list,
this key will do nothing;
<9> or <PGUP> : Same as <8>/<CRSR-UP> but now scrolling a full page;
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
<2> or <CRSR-DOWN> : Same as <8>/<CRSR-UP> but now to scroll down one line;
<3> or <PGDN> : Same as <2>/<CRSR-DOWN> but now scrolling a full page;
───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
<7> or <HOME> : Go to the top of the list. When on top, redraw the
entire screen;
<1> or <END> : Go to the bottom of the list. When at the bottom, redraw
the entire screen;
