  20. By Installing Midnight Tiles, you agree to the following terms:

  23. Midnight Tiles (herein referred to as "the Software") is copyrighted by Andreas Hⁿttenrauch (herein referred to as "the Author"), with all rights reserved.

  25. LICENSE
  26. The Author grants the licensee a non-exclusive license to use this Software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of no longer than fourteen (14) days, whereupon the Software is required to be registered through payment to the Author for the stipulated value as outlined on the Author's Website.

  28. Unregistered use of the Software after the 14-day evaluation period is in violation of International Copyright Laws.

  30. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  31. This Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Author assumes no responsibility for the selection of the Software to achieve an intended purpose, nor for proper installation and use.
  32. In no event shall the Author be liable to the licensee, it's customers, or other users for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
