1. This version of Lionardo will work only on Palm OS 3.5 or later.
2. FOR COLOR PALM: Open "LionardoCLR" directory and HotSync "LionardoCLR.prc".
3. FOR BLACK & WHITE: Open "LionardoBW" directory and HotSync "LionardoBW.prc".
Lionardo - Game Instructions
Object of the Game:
To create rows of 4 cards (vertical, horizontal or diagonal), which share at least one of the following elements:
╖ Shape
╖ Color
╖ Quantity
╖ Ascending order (1,2,3,4)
How to play:
A player begins with 100 cards. The Active Card is located in the window in the bottom left side. To place the Active Card in a given square, tap that square with the stylus, or simply drag it.
When dragging is used:
╖ Once you lift the stylus, the card will lock in its place.
╖ The next card appears in the window.
A complete row, (one that creates at least one communality), disappears and the scored points and bonus cards are based on the number of commonalties created.
Eraser: A locked card cannot be moved, however, every now and again, you may get an Eraser that allows you to delete a card that was locked in an undesired place. If you do not wish to delete any card, simply lock the Eraser in a free square.
Game Over:
╖ When you run out of cards.
╖ When the matrix is full.
Timer: Except for the Practice mode, the time you have to lock a card is limited and gets shorter in the more advanced modes.
If an Active Card is not locked during the time limit, Lionardo will randomly lock it in a free space. Begin in the Practice Mode and as you sharpen your skills, advance all the way up to the Master mode. Lionardo will reward you for your efforts.
