  9. RB's Tic-Tac-Toe lets you play the well known game of tic-tac-toe on
  10. your Palm handheld computer or compatable device (Palm OS 2.0 or
  11. better; 3.5 for color).

  13. No other tic-tac-toe game for the Palm Computing platform can match
  14. the intelligence and fun of RB's Tic-Tac-Toe!  RB's Tic-Tac-Toe has
  15. sound effects and five modes of play:

  17. 1) Two people play against each other.
  18. 2) Play against a dumb computer.
  19. 3) Play against a slightly smarter computer.
  20. 4) Play against an unbeatable genius computer.
  21. 5) Play against a student computer that gets smarter as it plays more games.

  24. If you are just learning tic-tac-toe, start with the student computer
  25. version, then play against the other computer versions to learn the
  26. winning strategies.

  28. What's New in Version 3.0
  29. =========================
  30. 1. Now you can play against a student that gets smarter as
  31.    it plays more games.
  32. 2. The "look and feel" of the game has been improved.
  33. 3. A status field displays who goes next (X or O).
  34. 4. Menu items for selecting the computer opponent have been
  35.    replaced with a popup list.
  36. 5. The prc size has been reduced from 16K to 15K.

  38. Installation
  39. ============
  40. To install RB's Tic-Tac-Toe on your Palm connected organizer, first
  41. remove version 1 or 2 if it is installed.  (If you install "on top of" 
  42. an earlier version, you will corrupt the program.)  Next, extract
  43. rb-ttt3.prc from this zip file and install the prc file in the same 
  44. way you install any other Palm applications (with the Palm Desktop 
  45. Install Tool).  Sorry, but you will have to re-enter your registration 
  46. code before you can play against the computer.

  48. How To Remove A Previous Version of RB's Color Tic-Tac-Toe
  49. ==========================================================
  50. 1. In the Launcher, tap the Menu button.
  51. 2. Tap the Delete... menu item.
  52. 3. If necessary, scroll until you see RB's TTT.
  53. 4. Tap RB's TTT.
  54. 5. Tap the Delete... button
  55. 6. Tap the Yes button.
  56. 7. Tap the Done button.
